I vaguely remember a fancomic where Lisa Simpson is turned into a bimbo, which had lots of juicy details (breast expansion, brain shrinkage) and was pretty good...right up to the point where incest came into play, and BAM! Instant turn-off.

Since you've brought it up on this forum, I can probably post the pictures directly. Image boards don't have that kind of upload option, and I'd rather not do one post per pic to show off my entire thing.
