The New Hulk Series has Jen Walters turning more Hulkish then She Hulk.

A-force's final arc had people turning into bug people.

Sam Wilson Captain America had an arc where people were being forced into animal people and a company then sold their human tested products.

Lastly we have a not really a TF from ANAD Avengers Annual 1 where Kamala Khan has a suddenly mental shift.

Perhaps it's my imagination, but there does seem to be an effort to de-emphasise female TFs in western cartoons. It's the kind of thing that would only be noticeable to those looking for it.

People in the industry probably took some heat over it in the 90s and early 2000s when someone noticed it was a little too sexual. Brief female nudity, loud moaning, and having this happen when there was no reason for the scenes at all in some cases. Also, it's not like they can't just google "transformation scenes" from any number of cartoons and find their way into this community where it's viewed as a fetish.
