Well using meh knowledge in mandarin it looks like the jap title reads as:
Love self exploding (something something yeah my chinese sux) So I'm guessing the manga title IS "Love's Suicide Machine" It could translate to "lovely suicide bombing machine" too :P

I'm guessing that where you are "The Man Who Sold the World", he is the "Man Who Sold His Soul For a Taco, but The Taco Stand was Run by an Elderly Japanese Man Who's Daughter Took a Liking To Him, So Convinced Her Father to Help Her Teach Him Japanese to Better Undertand Her Old Man".
