That plot could almost have been straight out of one of those softcore porn films they show late nights on Cinemax...including all the lengthy intercourse scenes, some between ancillary characters (of course, you wouldn't really see anything beyond boobs in those films).

I would have to say it qualifies. The reactions of everyone else, not to mention the fact that she is referred to as "The most beautiful woman" they had ever seen, implies that it wasn't simply just making her young again. Although the art style didn't change her face any noticeable amount besides recoloring it and changing her hair, it still qualifies based mainly on everyone's reaction. Also, in my opinion, AR to sexy years can qualify as IB.

A very simple IB in the newest manga of Bleach...where Kirio Hikifune of the Zero division, She is only plump initially as her cooking technique uses up her entire reiatsu, forcing her to gain as much weight as possible beforehand, in order to ensure that her body is able to endure the process. Once she's used up her Reiatsu her true form is shown and wow O////O
