An odd request, but I'll do what I can...
Most of the time, the source site will have the password conveniently placed near the download link.
Find the source site and you should find the password without a problem.

Of course, just for the sake of entertainment and a slim chance at success, here are a few that may or may not help you out:

It'll take a while to unzip the entire thing, so I'll let you know how it turns out and what the contents are in a bit...

The ZIP file "TG-TF-CD" has a great deal of genderbending, some possible BE (unfortunately, untranslated), a few DG and futa manga, and several TGs.

TFs? Not so much, and most of them have already been featured on the forum before.

If you want to save yourself the time, I'll try to go through this stuff and upload them in their respective areas.

Apparently, whoever compiled these files couldn't tell the difference between TG and DG from crossdressers. You've been warned.

Well, it looks as though someone finally reposted these on youtube. Grabbed them myself thanks to Keepvid.

Now that I see them again, there's still no real process - other than the "absorption/being eaten by the coat that I can see (bit in part 2 is pretty well done IMO). Can anyone figure out if it's actually the case that the coat is absorbing/killing them or if they're being turned into the pets that are found in the apts afterwards?

From the looks of it I'd say they were being transformed into animals by the coat. The clothes they were wearing under the coat are left empty on the floor, and two animals that apparently were never there before suddenly show up.
