Nah, more or less every guy transposes his fantasies onto women around him. Most of those that do are just too scared of their reputations being tarnished even to admit it. While this is a problem I feel I should play devils advocate and say that for me, and perhaps others, the reason I don't transpose my fantasies onto those around me is not because I am repressed.
Some of it comes down to the way I approach my deviancies but a lot of it comes down to the fact that what I am into involves extreme physical, and in many cases mental transformations and I can never imagine someone I know, or even someone I see on the train going through that without feeling a twinge of guilt that such a process would completely ruin their lives.
I don't want to look at a girl across he street, a girl who has friends and a family and her own life, and imagine her with platinum blonde hair and great jiggling boobs taking it up every hole. It just seems disrespectful.

I'd also draw a limit on fantasy and reality.

I mean, some fantasies can be interesting, but would be downright impossible to put in reality (almost every kind of TF). Others would probably be disrespectful or downright insulting. Some, I even wonder how they could be transposed.

For a long while, I've been drawing original characters, but only one of them I'd wish was real. It doesn't make me a perv or anything, but it's just something I do when my mind wonders.

Hm. You do have quite the point. Personally, I'm not into the extremes, so that could be a factor in my opinion on the matter. A pair of lactating breasts the size each the size of a head, and a libido comparable to the average 18-year old male is all I'd really go for. That's not TOO evil of me, is it? <_<
