I'm pretty sure this guy's already well-known, but I couldn't find mention of him on this forum, so... just in case you didn't know, there's this guy, and he exists. Maybe you've seen his work under a different alias.
His full name on DeviantArt is kind of filthy (and he's got pictures of a grown-up Misty, which often seems to light fires), so the mods might de-activate him at some point. But he's done some very nice fetish work along gender lines, particularly this, this, and this. There's other stuff in his gallery, so you might want to check it out while it's still there.

Yeah, this guy regularly posted to sticky site, and even illustrated a few stories if I remember.
