A process that involves belly-buttons

A vague dream I had the other night.

Some villian-ess type character goes on about how mother`s transfer "specific" nutrients to a baby through the umbilical cord that cause the baby to grow normal sized.

Then the villian-ess uses a tube, worm, snake, rope of sorts that goes straight for the belly-button of a heroine and some kind of light gets sucked through the tube bit by bit causing the heroine to shrink in size.
then the villian-ess says "you should drink more breast-milk little one" in a patronizing yet sexy voice.

I thought it was hot as hell so I thought I`d share it here.
Hope that anybody here who knows anything similar or will get inspired.
