Need help in identifying this hentai doujin

Anyone know where the attached image below is from? I just encountered this image today. It's my second time seeing it.

Apparently, this image shows a girl with twin ponytails, being raped by tentacles that make her body grow in the process. Even though the image alone may look like Breast Expansion, it is clearly Age Progression-related content since I remember seeing the next page where the rest of her body grows.

First time I found this image was in a thread from 4chan. Nobody wrote where it was from. Today, I found it in megabooru, still unidentified.
It certainly seems like it is from one of the hentai doujinshi like Comic Unreal.

I tried searching for its origin manga by using "Breast Expansion" and "tentacles" tags in some hentai manga portals, but it seems that those alone are still too broad.

Edit: It also involved futanari content as well.

Ah, found it. I thought she looked somewhat like Fate from Nanoha, and it turned out that the image was from a Nanoha hentai doujin. I will upload the whole AP sequence sometime later.
