How would a Werewolf Kaiju work?

For those of you who don’t know, there is an upcoming Godzilla fan film called Wolfman vs Godzilla.

https://wikizilla.org/wiki/Wolfman_vs._Godzilla

The premise from what we know is that a Japanese man becomes a werewolf then turns giant due to exposure to radiation and fights Godzilla as title says.

This got me thinking. How would a Kaiju size werewolf work?

If we're assuming the werewolf is separate from the man, maybe it could be that his wolf form is giant while his human form is normal. For example, as he's transforming, he's getting bigger in the process, as well. Those are just my thoughts, though. What do you think?

I see, kind of like Ultraman or other similar shows here a regular person transform into a giant superhero?

I mean, there's the classic arcade game Rampage that already did this...

We won't speak of the movie.

Step 1: Make the werewolf really big. It sounds like they've got that one down.
