There's a scene near the end of Mystery Men where a bunch of hot chicks get hit with a raygun that shrinks their clothes. Very quick gag, but there is process.

I enjoy this, but it's always better if the person in the clothes is changing instead of the other way around.

There was an episode of totally spies where 2 of the girls got their clothing shrunk while they were wearing them.
