Victoria and The Hermit
Hi there,
Coming here today, I would like to take some space to introduce a project which has been my pleasure to have worked on, in collaboration with the concept's owner, as found in one Nathan123qwe on Deviant Art http://nathan123qwe.deviantart.com/ . Having worked with Nathan on the concept, I have been granted some discretion where it's characters are concerned and, more so, to circulate the idea in the community as Nathan himself, being Russian, does not entertain English as their first language. Victoria Grant is a woman of some considerable standing: a svelte, groomed blonde and beautiful Los Angeles fashionista who, through marriage, comes to share her time as a Malibu executive at her husband's clothing company of "Passerelle". Privileged, sometimes vacuous and with a time honoured arrogance, Victoria finds her fate oddly twisted when incurring a curse - and not in the way she may be accustomed to either. An encounter with the supernatural finding her impelled to undergo a radical, wild transformation into a large footed, tightly muscled and mutely feral identity, this supernatural alter-ego will abound at night and so rumors of "The Hermit" begin to circulate. Victoria impelled to struggle with the power and nature of her cursed alter-ego - their disdain mutual and profound - what the future holds for her and The Hermit is unknown as both sides seems dead set on being as they are: Victoria coldly seeking a cure to her malady, while The Hermit disdains her and much of the world she draws from, preferring the rugged sensuality and wilds of nature. Having worked with Nathan on this for sometime, I would like to introduce to the forums a story - hopefully the first - regarding Victoria and her other self. A fellow executive having a strange encounter with an urban legend one Californian night in Malibu... The Hermit: Looking Glass Time http://fav.me/d9lxwiv In addition, there is some art associated with her, which I commissioned earlier this year: Victoria having fallen and struggling with her changing form as her words fade, her legs grow strong and The Hermit's feet make quick work of her shoes... Soles of The Hermit: Victoria's Strange Curse http://fav.me/d9lxy4e In my own respect, and on Nathan's behalf, I would like to thank all who might find Victoria's odd predicament curious . Thanks, Alchemical Night. |
