WEREWOMAN gif (based on cantdayseesaw image!)

After cantdayseesaw generously offered her stock photography for transformation, I went to work and came up with this werewoman gif:

The sexy girl at the club gave Steve a hickey so deep he bled through his shirt a little, then she giggled and ran off. Steve thought she was just some weirdo, but then the next night as the moon rose he found himself changing...

The "before" guy doesn't really exist. I put his face together with elements from various photos of different guys and combined it with cantdayseesaw's face. I think he turned out kind of like a young Bill Pullman! You can see more of my TF gifs on my Deviant Art page, and of course my sexy stories and free short movies can be found at MindiFlyth.blogspot.com.

Great work! A little fast, would like to see. More of the tf but really good job!

Thanks! Yeah, the problem with my morphing software is that if there's any background objects near the person they get mixed up in the morph too and distort. You can see it in the rippling shelf over his/her head. I'd love to do slower morphs, but when I slow them down the problems like that really stand out.

Wow this turned out really cool. I was wondering how you were going to do it.

Try using a mask to cut the people out of the shot, morph the background-less copies, then put the morph back on top of the background?

Well, I'm using an absolutely ancient morphing program, Animation Shop 3. I think it's from like 2003. I know it very well and it's simple and gets the job done. To do something like you describe using this program would be reeeally complicated, but I may try it sometime.

You wouldn't necessarily use Animation Shop to mask out the people, you could do that in Photoshop or Gimp.
