Obscure Game Inflation- Gaiapolis
In the Japanese-only arcade game Gaiapolis, the end of one stage has you fighting two humanoid monsters who can inflate themselves and breathe fire, and not only is the inflation animation a good number of frames, they will sometimes walk around all inflated before breathing fire, and they've got a completely different walk cycle animation when inflated.
