Does anybody know of any sites that feature a female character who shrinks and who is also experiencing breast expansion as well?

tekweapon has some stuff on his site (http://www.thinet.net/porndept/) which fits the bill- look under the "Comic Prototypes" section and click on SaeLab01. One of his paid comics, A Game of Distortion, also has SW+BE.

XIL studios has an image set that has shrinking but the models breasts remain the same size. It's fairly well photoshopped and the model is very pretty too. Good face reactions too. He also has a few videos too although the quality is a little bit on the amateurish side. Can't really complain too much considering how "speciality" this category is.

Way back in the days of yore I created a segment based on the "Slick Steal" where the girl with the bigger breasts shrinks and her breasts stay the same. Like I said it's an oldie, I wish I knew who the original artist is.
