Ball TF
Either becoming a ball, or turning ball shaped. I know games such as Final Fantasy 8, Super Mario Ball, and Mario Party 8 contain these. I think one of the One Piece video games does as well.

the guy at Kdingo did a series of 'bad end' comics for Peach in Ball form....stuff like being gagged and painted into Lemmy's green star ball....
