Day 1: Siren's Embrace

A group of sea nymphs that entrance others with their song and dance. They pose as a traveling Synchronized swimming group to add more girls to their ranks

The 2 sea creatures are from Season 2 Episode 2: Water World, where the contestants are tasked to create a sea creature hybrid.

Day 2: Leeching Death

A woman fused with a leech, becoming a bloodthirsty parasite. The freak accidents that created these creatures resulted in a parasitology facility in the Amazon getting abandoned.

The creature is from Season 2 Episode 4: Night Terrors, where the contestants are tasked to creating a phobia themed monster. The creature here is a Parasitophobia themed monster

Day 3: Dino Punk

A teenager that can somehow turn into a dino person

From Season 2 episode 9: Dinoplasty, which involves creating Dino humans.

Day 4: Bat People from space

Inspired by Face off Season 2 Episode 7: Alien Interpreters, which involves a judge's original sketches and tickets to 'Total Recall'

Day 5: Firebird's rebirth

A phoenix-human hybrid whose immortality stems from possessing other women

A schizophenic female psychomutated into a monster.

The police hire a female werewolf to help find a weresnake prostitute.

Based on Face off Season 3 Episode 10, which is based on NBC's Grimm
