The Chronicles of Rikku

I decided on some characters and a style -- im gonna try to post one of these every day in a journal-style deal. The first few aint gonna have much action to 'em but bear with it.

And i now present The Chronicles of Rikku -- The fucked up beginning.

PS: Dont criticize the spelling, its all purposefully done as it is.

June 25th, 2007

"Why the hell am I doing this?"

So yeah, my therapist tells me i should keep a journal. Part of my mandatory anger management bullshit. Well I better start off explaining all of this mess before I get any more frustrated. I'm Alexx, yes, with two x's. Dont ask why, just read. I'm a 21 year old high-school grad whose parent's couldnt afford to send me to college. I met Rikku at a party when I was 18, well morso, hit him across the head when he looked at me wierd at a party. I paid the medical bills and we fell in love, and we lived happily ever after. The end? I think not. My anger problems got me in trouble all the way through high school, Rilkku being the only positive thing they ever did for me. We got married last year on the fourth of July, and kissed beneath the fireworks.

But, I'm getting off task, or so my therapist tells me, wish the bastard would just let me write. Anyway, just last month, in May, Me an' Rikku were goin to a party in town (I had to promise I wouldnt knock him out this time). Everything was goin fine, people drinkin, havin a good time. Rikku goes up to refill our drinks and, without hesitation, some asshole starts feelin me up. Now, I aint the hottest thing on legs, just 5'2", brown hair, hazel eyes, near-flawless complexion, kinda fit. Like I said, not the hottest thing but i aint ugly. So, I played around a bit with him, let him think he was gettin me off. I got close enough to get a clean shot in and put the guy on his ass.

It didnt stop there. I straddled the guy and pummled him, both fists flying full force. When all was said and done, he had a broken jaw, nose, and a concussion. I would've done more if Rikku hadn't gotten back to pull me off as I went to break his fingers. Lucky.

And here I am, $5000 dollars poorer, with 3 months mandatory Anger Management and 6 months probation to follow. Helluva story aint it?

Well, that's it for this session. I guess I'll be writing again tomorrow if I dont burn this thing over night.

Wow...I've never heard of something like this. Unique.

Rikku, all I can say is: I would have done the EXACT SAME THING! Regardless of any circumstances, ANY guy should know better than to do that to a woman. He should have his hands broken in multiple places for that.(And I'd do it, too).

Um... i want to see where this goes. Just because a girl with that much anger + unexplained body changes = chaos. Great work on the beginning, definitely got me interested.

Well, i fubar'd alot of things already so take this as a little background, im jsut gonna write the whole thing out.

Several problems with how i executed things, topic title isnt consistent with story, journal style writing prevents me from doing conversation which can add alot of dimension to a character's personality, all-in-all it was poorly thought out.

Expect a full write out in a week or so
