Most likely a reference to Aspergers. A condition unfortunately considered by some as related to Autism (their are some clear differences though, aspergers tend to be higher functioning, want to socialize, and rarely have serious developmental issues). In the most high functioning cases Aspergers means a person is a little socially inept, has a high IQ in some areas, and often has one track interests.

I know as throughout my school years I had an "undiagnosable" and very minor learning disability. I was more or less very smart in some areas, had trouble socializing with people and didn't share their interests, the few interests I had were one track, organizational problems, mild disgraphia, etc.

I got a bit better as I got older but still have very very few friends,

Years after school a therapist who I was going to for other issues said it was most likely Aspergers. But the tests were not entirely clear as the diagnosis wasn't around when I was a kid and most tests for it are not made for adults.
