This is just about the weirdest, creepiest TF/TG commission I've ever requested from an artist. This is what watching all three "Cabin Fever" movies back-to-back does a guy who's into the transformation scene. Please don't ask what's wrong with me, I promise I'm taking my medication.

The artist actually had the initial sketches ready by Halloween. She just took a particularly long time with the coloring, that's all.

(And the boobs are just fine, although I can see why you'd criticize their size, judging from that gif of yours.)

They're not zombies per se, just living women infected with a weird hybrid pathogen that simultaneously turns you into a girl AND eats the flesh off your bones. I picked up the inspiration from a pair of victims in "Cabin Fever" and "Cabin Fever: Patient Zero," respectively:
