If you want your AMVs, anime clips, and stuff, there's Stage6 as someone else said, there's VEOH, which is bluntly an anime treasure trove, and there's stuff like rapidshare where you gotta download, not stream.

I totally agree.
I've been browsing through Veoh archives and there are tons of animes and they're video quality is really awesome along with the fact that you don't have to chop up an episode into 2-3 different files.
