8. Attempts to portray an underage or child character as an "adult" in order to avoid these restrictions will be subjected to close scrutiny by staff. Such claims will be considered void in any case where the staff deems that significant and telling changes of the original underage character design were not attempted or that such efforts were inadequate.

It really does depend. Sure, if you want to take it literally, it is a deviation from the original age of a young character, but the end result is acceptable. I'd rather get on the case of the people who draw them as their original young forms and in a sexual light.

That's exactly what the rule is targeting. The body goes through more changes than just curves in order to reach adulthood. The people that neglect that fact are the ones that the hammer is falling on.

That's exactly what they mean by close scrutiny. They will be looking at them very closely to make sure an attempt was made to portray the character as actually OLDER.

yea and that conflict with many of my DA as they show the girl becoming curvier and all ... like the jury revenge one...
in some pics I could argue that but it would be troublesome...
