What if the deathnote was another type of note?

Love Note:

* A human whose name is written in this note shall fall in love.
* This note will not take effect unless the writer has the subject's face in their mind when writing his/her name. Therefore, people sharing the same name will not be affected.
* If a name of another person is written within 40 seconds of writing the subject's name, the subject will fall in love with that person.
* If no other name is written, the subject will simply become a narcissist.
* After writing the name of the second person, the details of how the two subjects fall in love should be written in the next 6 minutes and 40 seconds.

Furnote> transformation

* you have to write down the name of the person to be transformed
* you have to write down the name of a feline by 3 min. after the name has been written
*Fail to do so will turn the owner into the feline that is written on the furnote.
