Re: MIA: The Death List

Yeah, I heard this sad story with Pilot a few years ago, but... I actually thought it was someone's bad joke. I can't imagine any reasons why can a professional artist be in a prison... I bet he got framed or something...

Uh, this might just be speculation on my part, but I suspect that drugs might have been involved.

Re: MIA: The Death List

Might as well throw this artist into the fray, sadly I dont even recall his name.
Site title was "Black, White, and Red. "Mirai no kippu wa itsumo hakushu."

Featured TF's on various less known anime characters, artist had already went dormant in like 2002 if I recall his last update right.

Wayback Machine doesnt bring back anything from the site address, http://thepuck.20m.com/index.html

The actual site died maybe a year or so ago, stupid me had been a slowpoke on archiving his stuff :/

CaliforniaKitFox just posted on Transfur so he's likely not dead.

Soty's nowhere near comatose. I see new OC collabs by him on FA all the time.

Re: MIA: The Death List

"Dead - This artist will never draw again for whatever reason, and made clearly known. Basically the artist flat-out states this. Not physically dead, mind you. Just stopped drawing, like Bill Watterson
Comatose - The artist hasn't appeared in a very long time, but never stated if they're kaput
Retired - No more art, but you found that the person is still alive through some random website/blog
Intensive Care - Somebody's gonna call it quits, due to money/family/anything problems
Hoffa - Not only have they vanished, but so did their art. Damn Feds.."

__________________________________________________ _____________

Problem with this is that the dead artist could still be banging out
art, stories, music and videos by the oil tanker load.Material which is
a evolution of their earlier transformation art.But because they're sick
and tired of producing the kind of tf wank the 15 year olds want, they
no longer draw transformation art targetted for the 15 year olds .

Basically

There are more things in Heaven and Earth then are dreamed of in your philosophy.

Re: MIA: The Death List

I'd suggest replacing the inaccurate term "dead"
with the term ' passed on'

This artist still appears to log on and visit his/her own page frequently. No explanation on whether they will continue.
She's done this before, but she usually comes back after several months. Reasons for this I believe is because of real life situations or in the process of brainstorming for her stories.

None.
He has a dev. art profile in which he posts photo manips., though I don't check it regularly so I don't know the status of that.

All of his artwork has been yanked, including his VCL account. It has been discussed that he's abandoned the genre and moved onto "legit" artwork.
I believe he also posts on transfur, but again, might be wrong....
