Might as well throw this artist into the fray, sadly I dont even recall his name.
Site title was "Black, White, and Red. "Mirai no kippu wa itsumo hakushu."

Featured TF's on various less known anime characters, artist had already went dormant in like 2002 if I recall his last update right.

Wayback Machine doesnt bring back anything from the site address, http://thepuck.20m.com/index.html

The actual site died maybe a year or so ago, stupid me had been a slowpoke on archiving his stuff :/
