If you're using Safari with a Mac, apparently this is how you solve that problem:

1) let the .png file download to your computer.
2) Find the file, select it and do a "get info" (apple-i)
3) Where it says "open with", change it from "Preview" to "Safari", then press the "Change all" button underneath it.

I found this info on the Apple site and I've just done it. Hopefully the problem will now go away! ]
