Some constructive criticism. I suggest changing your style of character and keeping things more creative. You tend to always have the same style of clothing, hair and look. Changing it up will increase for the better, unless you prefer 80's big hair and big boobs the way you do it, and even still it's not 80's type inspiration, but it's definitely there.
