That is "My Big Boyfriend" By Jae. It also has SM and is his greatest work as far as I'm concerned. He is a member here so I bet if you asked him nicely then he might post it. Back in the day it was posted in the Process's Shrink Sequence collection.

Process caused by milk? I remember a video once( I think it was a Japanese commercial) Where a girl grew when she drank milk, but it was a very long time ago. Can't remember where I seen it at.
