This appears to be a BE comic of sorts as her breasts are obviously larger in the pick with the dryad. A google search of the cover page's word hadn't turned up anything nor an E-hentai search of the same.

Actually I forgot his name but I definitely remember seeing that artwork before. It should be in the expansion comics or something.
