See, that's the only thing I ever find frustrating about dynamically-generated search results.
Originally, I just hit "Advanced Search", dropped coldasice into the "find posts by user" box, switched that dropdown to "find threads by user", and selected "Growth" as the forum. Bing-bang-boom... and that artwork was the first result. However, since I have a bad history with dynamically-generated content, at least I tossed in his profile link, too. Barring a major reshuffling of member IDs, that should stay constant.

I just did a standard search for his name.
