I have an idea to offer. A man is charmed by a very attractive woman. Turns out the woman is a vampiress or succubus (either one) and she proceeds to drain out the man's maleness (The vampiress would bite the man's neck and continue to feed until her pray is a female and the succubus would drain in whatever way she wants) leaving a poor defenseless woman.
