Sounds, Pacing and Cause.

Cause — Why is it happening and what is it affecting? Could be uneven, could be straight-up, could be crazy overfeminization

Pacing — Once you figure out the cause of it, figure out how the pacing could be affected. Is it brought on by a substance, an emotion or other?

Sounds — Remember, fabric tears. Things break. Creaking squeaking tearing, shredding are all important.
