Or maybe the host has banned some IP ranges.

Doesn't matter, now I've got a proxy to access that handful of sites that I can't access otherwise.
Seems like the download links doesn't work when I'm using the proxy but that's nothing a little skimming in the page's source code couldn't correct.

I'm not entirely sure why this would be happening. Most likely it has to do with your ISP. We recently changed servers and changed DNS records to try to solve the problem. Most people have reported that the site is working fine for them now.

And I don't see why my ISP would ban a handful of websites.
Doesn't matter, now. It's not like I can call them to ask why I can't access some porn sites. ^^
