So, I'll be at the front bar, wearing a low-cut top, slinging beer and listening to people's problems.

Also, weirdest fucking thing has happened the last two days I've been outside in the early morning. Being that I live in BFE, I would think the wildlife would account for the strangest goings-on outdoors. Wrong (unless we consider trailer trash wildlife. Which is kind of appropriate, really.) I'm not sure who it is but for the last two mornings between 5 and 7am some dude who lives across the street or beneath or next door to me has been making the most awful racket. There is no way to put this delicately. He's horking. This guy goes from violently summoning phlegm into coughing fits to sounding like he's vomiting and then back to hocking. You can hear the sputum rattling in his throat with every mighty hork. This has lasted over an hour. It's really disturbing. I can't figure out why he's doing it outdoors. I haven't known how to react because it's so absurd so I've just laughed. It will eventually start pissing me off though.

And it reached 104°F today. So glad I have a place to escape to.
