Good Places in Second Life for Transformation?

I wanted to create a thread for the benefit of those fans of tf who are joining second life and would want to get into the fun, like I just have. Please, leave the locations of regions that feature tf and a little about them. Thank you!

Re: Good Places in Second Life for Transformation?

Been on second life for a while, and I found that the majority of TF material (if you can call it that) is mainly Furry based. Not gonna poke fun at it as end of the day, whatever floats your boat (and this is a fetish forum). But the furry stuff isnt for me.

However, you can now buy a complete Lycan avatar (called the Wolfkin) that is large and semi monsterous, whilst keeping the look and general style fairly realistic. What's even better, is there is a Female version as well!

And here is the Male version for reference...

The big issue though is the transformation itself. I believe it is possible for someone to develop and sell a transformation animation to use in SL, but so far noone seems to have attempted it. Huge shame as the TF possibilities are truly ENDLESS

Check out Skara Brae, it's a transformation sim. Now granted, you basically have to change your avatar yourself (or let someone else do it as they can control your avatar if you have RLV activated) as you roleplay, but I've done quite a few scenes transforming others. Though My focus is usually gender shifts.

Vexation is the name of my store that sells various Transformation items.
Been a bit quiet recently with my other projects, but I have a few fans so I can't be doing too badly.

Re: Good Places in Second Life for Transformation?

Doing a Second Life TF RP (or any one-on-one RP, really) works best if one of the people involved has their own private space. I have done ones in group spaces without problem (the owners set it up for that purpose), but you run the risk of having others walk in/overhear/want to get involved.

As for TF's, I've done a lot of mixing and matching, with poses for things like falling to all fours. I usually progress the TF's by switching one aspect of the avatar at a time.

I haven't been on in a while, but if you happen to see Kailundra Felisimo (I think that's how I spelled it), that's me.

Re: Good Places in Second Life for Transformation?

Second Life itself is very free, but most of the high-end, quality avatars are made by users, and they sell their items for in game currency, which Lindens actually transfer over to dollars pretty well, Quite a few of the content creators make some good money with the game. But just starting if you know here to look, and search through the online market place, most stores offer freebies through hunts, or group gifts, and you can make yourself a hell of an avatar for free if you put some work into it.

Like For instance, this is my Succubus, but she's a lot of work over a couple of years, and her bits weren't free.

Re: Good Places in Second Life for Transformation?

Second Life has some great TF options in it, but it gets expensive very quickly. The best thing to do is hit Skara Brae, and throw yourself into RP there. Search TF groups, and network with people. You really need to find RP partners in SL, and pay attention to their expectations.

In terms of actual SL items, be prepared to spend money, or find a sugar daddy / mamma to buy things for you. SL isn't cheap, and the disconnect between real currency and SL Lindens will trick you up in a hurry.
