Senran Kagura burst is on the 3DS e-shop. No clue if it has anything like this, but in case something shows up, I'll say something. (Then again, considering how I only play it during lunch breaks, updates, and compiles, it may be a while)

I've completed the main story and about half of the story from the "villains" side.

There's no process for BE, nor BE to be found. Copious amounts of jiggle physics and clothes shredding, and some decent growth process (Hibari's special attacks), but nothing in the BE realm.
