Also does anyone know exactly how the effect was accomplished. I read a post on reddit from "ManIn0range", which I'll pop here for anyone interested, saying:

"It's an editing trick. She stays in the same place, is wearing a stretchy sports bra under her shirt, and has three different sizes of breast forms off-camera.
After the initial finger snap, she grabs the smallest set of props and stuffs her shirt. With the forms in place she jerks her chest upward, while continuing to sit in the same spot to minimize lower body movement. She cuts the frames between the finger snap and somewhere in the middle of the jerking motion. This gives the illusion of breasts erupting/exploding from her chest. The GIF's low framerate hides the variance of body positioning a straight cut like this normally creates.
She repeats this two more times with the increasingly larger props. The rest is acting. Rather savvy."

He sounds pretty spot on but would there be other was of accomplishing this other than photoshopping the video? Just curious and wanted to see if there were any other ideas floating around.

I dug through Gifpal to check. There are a few .gifs of her being sultry in a fetishy policewoman costume with a big wig, but that was about it. If there was anything else, it probably got removed. I'm pretty sure she's got a Tumblr somewhere.

I am inclined to strongly agree with ManIn0range (the joke is that that is my reddit account). That method is likely the best-looking, cheapest way to do it barring any spectacular innovations. Anything else requires video effects or more expensive props. An inflation rig that blows up that fast yet maintains jiggle would probably be wildly expensive to prototype and make, speaking as someone who is looking to build an inflation rig.

If they wanted, I guess someone could try something with vinegar and baking soda? Probably not gonna be good-looking though.

This was originally done by a redditor on /r/breastexpansion(Seeing as this is the earliest place I spotted the material. The poster also referenced herself as being the one in the video/gif). The community over there has grown quite a bit. And if I may, the sibling community that I run, /r/Morphs, has grown quite a bit too. Lots of free original BE content to be enjoyed there too
