Navigating the ARArchive is tough, but I can't seem to find the rest of this anywhere...

It took a few tries, but I found it. See here, or the attachment. Godlydemon's assumption seems mostly (if not completely) correct with regard to the type of the content which was left out, based on a quick skim.

The source, according to that file, was "D.X. Machina's
blessed Gentle Giantess board", and was posted in a 14-part episodic fashion.
