I'm looking for a single picture of Cream the Rabbit that is in a lab of some kind. Grown in a busty giant and has a sad expression on her face. Is this familiar to someone?

It is not from K9Wolf, GoblinHordeStudios, Redsaber or Manthomex. I looked at all of them, but the one i mean isn't there

Thanks Drake! This really looks like the same artist/artstyle, but the image that i mean is like a stage further. She is slightly bigger, sitting and more crying (i think )
