Well, we all know PornHub plays host to pirated content, some of it from producers who sell their stuff here.
You're more than welcome to share links to PH as long as you don't already know that it's paid content. Honest mistakes happen and won't get you into any real trouble other than your link being deleted. Just, y'know, if someone says "hey, that's paid content, don't share it," try not to get defensive and excuse your actions.
