Some terrorist organization on its last legs
makes one last desperate bid to keep itself going by planting a

Cold Scale Inductor

a sort of reptilian cold blooded scaley re-evolution device down in the
catacombs of
the Cathedral

Alas Super Secret Agent Jane Swallwell foils the plot,seemingly shuts the device down just before the
Cold Scale Inductor
plunges into the bottomless pit underneath the Cathedral.

Scratch one down-on-its-luck terrorist group
and Jane moves on

However a month later a monstrous humanoid called the Vipress emerges and Jane does her best
to bring the Vipress to justice

Strangely however the Vipress seems to be one step ahead of her pursuers and slowly Jane realizes
this might be because the Vipress knows of Jane's plans ahead of time

Jane of course doesn't consider the possibility that she might be the Vipress
and so ....
