Unfortunately this appears to be out of our control, however the card issuer (bank/financial institution) can allow the payment to go through if you contact them and request it. Some banks have stricter fraud detection systems than others. Normally a call or email will be able to solve the issue.

I contacted my bank and they stated that the card is active and there are no restrictions for online payments. I tried to make the payment again...same problem.

So it isn't with the bank or my card.

Might want to talk to the folks handling the processing of payments. With them not accepting Paypal, and this apparent unresolved issue, I can't renew my subscription. Pity too. The comic looked interesting.
