Couple of parts with weak or OK IB (though not what I'd call process) in a similar Manga called Dice.

Bunch of girls in the school become pretty when the Dice spread (Chapter 20) very weak imo, doesn't even show before forms:

One girl in particular who is featured heavily used the dice to become more beautiful / lose weight (Chapters 39 and 53 are good instances of IB before and after)

Thanks for those. Going to check out Brand New School day, hadn't found that.

Found this one, My ID is Gangnam Beauty. IB via plastic surgery, but not bad.

Also its untranslated, but another IB via plastic surgery (it seems) in Kimi kireina ahiru noko. I tried attaching the raws for Vol 1, havent downloaded Vol 2 yet to see if there is more IB or not, but it didn't work, so ill throw up a couple of relevant samples. Frankly, the last 40 or so pages without translation left me a little confused...in one way it seemed like the character undertook changes (thus IB) but then that character in their original form seems to reappear later? No translation so...not sure.

EDIT: Looked at Vol 2, no more IB.

Ah, too bad about the webtoon series dying...dead since 2017, shame

EDIT: I discovered some scenes were missing from one of the IB chapters of Beauty Game on mangakakalot. The part of the story where she increases in bust was just...cut from the mangakakalot upload. Felt super weird that she didn't notice the change, but that's because she did and they just removed it on mangakakalot for some reason...
