Each Small Fortune comic felt to me like a serial adventure. Each issue did an excellent job of completing a smaller adventure arc while leaving us with a "how will our hero get out of this?!" moment. It's a testament to the quality of the writing.

You should also keep an eye out for The Invisible Girl 2, which will conclude that story.
