I agree. Unfortunately, most of the quality micro stuff is focused on F/m. I have a personal project based on replacing the males by females, through MMD models in the same pose, in Marushamo's works. It takes quite a while and obviously the results aren't optimal, but it still works well for my personal enjoyment. Example below.
