Was it the old Stonegate Shadowlord site?

Woah sorry for going mia there. I actually forgot I had posted this lol. This was the one though the other two are good too. I still check shadowlord inc semi regularly. I'd forgotten about Dutch_bull's though, thanks for putting that back on my radar.

Re: The Origins of TF

According to someone I met online a few years ago, there was an active TF community on Usenet as early as 1993, meaning that the community is older than the modern internet.

I can't confirm the veracity of the claims as it was long before my time (I didn't discover the community until 2009) but I don't have any reason to doubt the person either.

Re: The Origins of TF

bearchive.com's "Unending BE Addventure" has been going since 1998. Given its open ended nature, it has in practice always been a place for reading and writing about all sorts of fetishes, including TF.

As I vaguely recall, the first 'process' site I found was dedicated to inflation. That led me to the bearchive (I liked BE more than inflation), which later led me here to the process forum, starting with BE before branching out to other sections.

you are referring to the Transformation Graphics Archive. It was one of the first sites I stumbled across when finding TF.

Re: The Origins of TF

There's a little bit of history noted on this site: https://www.furaffinity.net/user/popfusion/

So the TGA and the TF Webring were both already in existence in 1997. I have no idea what was about before then.
