Its from the Kiss in the Dark blog. I think there is a link to it on page 1 on this thread. The artist does a variety of super sentai style MC and EC short stories and illustrations. No doujin published that I know of.

Yes, the scans are from Mahora Pandemonium Episode 1. The pictures I used come from my own collection and up to date I havent seen it fully scanned and uploaded anywhere.

Sadly it only features Nodoka, my theory is that Crooked Navel posted a small continuation in some other artist's work.
