Yup, hopefully. Maybe he found a better way to go for his Dinaranger storyline plans, I guess. I doubt he'd insert something like that just for cosmetic purposes.

Maybe. But if the author chooses the more tantalizing "corrupted with personality" instead of the "brainwashed and robotic" route I'd give it two thumbs up.

And (if true) the ones who actually bought Volume 2 would instantly have a collector's edition.

The image names refer to it being part of volume 13. It's probably going to be a flashback. A long flashback, because he wants to show it again, but with his current level of artwork, which is A LOT better than when he actually did Volume 2.

Ahh, thinking back I did actually get the name right when I took more effort back then, I just couldn't find any more leads. From what you've found it looks like those manga pics are from something based on the fantasy game Villgust, 甲竜伝説ヴィルガスト. https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E7%94...82%B9%E3%83%88 a Sylvie is mentioned here.

I thought the cat-people designs looked familiar but I couldn't place them, it's been a while since I saw the anime version; a couple of OVAs with a different catgirl called Ryuquir and no EC.

I owe you guys an apology, I was mistaken- It's not a long flashback, he's doing Dinaranger Vol 2. all over again.

(And damn, finally bringing in the fact that Zofa soldiers' actual skin pigments are affected)

(And changing facts regarding Saori's eye color? I thought Red was her natural color, because I'm pretty sure Shiori's eyes are red as well.)

Well ain't that a great fancy deal. Hopefully the change has to do with something he plans to do in his future story plots for Dinaranger. I do hope so, considering the pictures show the converted Zofa soldier (in this case, Saori) showing some personality instead of the previous cold brainwashed one.

And to think the alien "boss" shows up in this volume early rather than the later volumes.
