Nah it's possession.

I think the most concise definition for "evil conversion" I've come across is "moral change".

In this case, change in morality does not happen, therefore it's not evil conversion.

There were a few comic book demonic transformations with Kitty Pryde, into the demonic "Cat" i the Magick limited series from the 80s. Wonder Woman in the limited series Scary Monsters. And Meggan from Excalibur vol.1 #6.

Those scans certainly are interesting. I have Issue 7 of Excalibur vol.1 which includes more process, such as a living mannequin swapping bodies with Phoenix, and the Goblin Princess turning Shadowcat into demon feline (reusing the same line used when she was tfed in the Magick series) and Goblin Princess turning back into Meggan after being stabbed by Magick's Soul Sword (that Shadowcat had for reasons she'd didn't even know).

in the new yu gi oh series 5ds the character Carly "dies" and come back in an evil dark form not yet happend in the series I think its in the next episode. Basicle glasses wairing reporter become evil duelist.

Thanks i stopped checking that website lately, i didn't notice a new chapter was released!

The organization has the ability to brainwash other duelists, by having a black spider latch onto a victim. While brainwashed, the victim's Deck is changed to one more fitting to a Dark Signer.

Also it isn't exact brainwashing! That organisation are the dark signers and their leader, who has the earthbound spider god birthmark, has the ability to mind control his victims, by making a little spider minion attached itself to their neck and lending them a fraction of the power of a dark signer.

Their isn't real change in it, just the eyes, way of talking, a similar spider birthmark in their right arm and they wear a creepy mantle like those in sects.

I've never seen 5Ds (probably never will), but I can't help but feel that this "evil" version of Carly...just doesn't do the character any justice.
Sure everyone else that has appeared on this thread so far benefited from their EC in some form or another, but I prefer the regular "useless" one.
*sigh* Had to get that one out of my system...
