BE in UQ Holder Chapter 77
The sequel to Negima, in chapter 77 the main character and Yukihime aka Evangeline meet up with a "noble" vampire named Dana, during the exchange Dana congratulates Eva for following her advice giving herself a a nice figure but say if she's gonna do it she should be willing to go the distance and makes them much larger, on the next page she makes them even bigger.
This is follows by Dana messing with Eva's figure even more. The whole scene takes place on pages 4~6

This was pretty great, stumbled upon it in my normal Manga reading today. I kind of wish we could have seen what she looked like when she was "fleshed out all over" though.
